Generation Focus is a customer discovery research firm that provides inclusive research solutions to various types of businesses. I took part in collaborating with their team to help their brand improve the way they reach and resonate with their audiences. This involved a total visual rebrand, which is where I came in.
I designed the logo and overall brand identity from scratch, focusing on their target markets and core values as well as their preferences as a company. This allowed me to choose a selection of colors and construct the logo. Aside from this, I was also responsible for choosing appropriate fonts and designing the initial layout inspiration for the website and accompanying collateral materials.
Please note that Generation Focus was a client of Krative, not CoYo Digital. I was working for Krative at the time of creation, and all work displayed was created by me.
I created the improved Generation Focus logo by looking into their target markets and core values. We were aiming for a professional and clean approach, something that looks approachable yet very capable and trustworthy. They do very specific research, so I built the logo around the idea of pinpointing on a specific piece of information, or finding a clear focus. The box around the Generation Focus wordmark closes in on the point in between "Generation" and "Focus" to create a contemporary minimalist logo imbues a strong sense of confidence and trust.
